Our consultants have recent and relevant experience of service delivery, both as senior managers and for a national regulator of local authorities and the NHS.
We specialise in governance reviews, strategic planning and development, commissioning, service evaluation, business planning and prioritisation across a range of services. These include education, adult social and health care, community safety, community development, private care sector, arts, heritage and culture.
As part of offering challenge to senior management teams and executive boards, we provide evidence for change in the form of action research and evaluation. To deliver and demonstrate positive outcomes we support, facilitate and provide high level project management. We also have a good track record in the active consultation of partners, staff groups and people who use services.
